Efficiency will help you to find the most useful way to adapt to different kinds of work.However, different pepple have different views when it comes to the question whether should workers have many different tasks to do during the whole day or do similar tasks to spend the workday. Some people think that people should do the different kinds of work all the day to, but I think different types of tasks it is better for workers.
