Many adults are busy, and especially when they have a child, they will get even busier. In the modern society, many children don't have time spend with their parents because their parents are too busy and they may just come back home once a month or once a year. Because the children are so eager to meat their parents,  they want their parents to talk to then or play with them, and have fun as a complete family. So I believe that parents should have fun playing or doing activities with their children instead of forcing children finish their schoolwork. 
The first reason I stand on this statement is because when children see their parents, they want to spend their time with the parents instead of doing their own things. Because if the children don't meet their parents, their will be some faultiness in their childhood, which is a disadvantage phenomenon. Many criminals did the wrong thing and went into jail because of the lack of the time their parents spent with them. Mostly, parents can educate their children and let them become a better man, especially when they didn't meet for a long time, both the children and parents will listen to each other very carefully.
Second, both the children and the parents need to relax after a long hard work. People will drag them crazy if they work all the time and use their brain forever. They need to not only relax their body but also their spirit. People get tired after work, and spending time with their family is a very effective way to relax themselves. When people did work for a long time, they may get bored and fell dispirited because they still not finished the work. This emotion is really harmful for people's spirit, and if this kind of emotion accumulated and didn't  release, people may probably have mental disease, and that's really deleterious for both the people themselves and their family members.
According to the paragraph, I believe that the best use of the time when parents and children meet is to have fun and relax themselves instead of keep forcing themselves to do schoolwork in two perspectives: When children see their parents, they want to spend their time with the parents instead of doing their own things; Both the children and the parents need to relax after a long hard work. And these perspectives stand the statement.
