Nowadays, more and more company like the efficient workers who can deal with many different types of tasks.So, many people would say that which is more satisfied for workers : the  various of task or the similar tasks.I think the different types of tack is more important for human to improve themselves.
The different types of task can make worker facing more interesting than do similar tasks all day. The many different types of tack will make workers face more and more challenge and required worker need having many different skills . For example , workers need changing their mind from one task to another task, they need changing their style of deal with different task.And it make worker's daily life more richness than do similar.If worker only do similar task all day , they will feel boring about the task , even lost their interesting for their job. The different types of task will expend our eyes and mind ,and solving lot of challenge.
The different types of task can improve  worker's efficient than do similar task all day. In short day time, the worker need finishing their task.If their loaf on the job, their will lost their time and cannot finish their task ,so they would improve their efficient and productivity.By this way , they can create more value not only for company , but also for themselves.However, if they do similar task all day , they just like machine , they can done this in enough time and would not improve their efficient.
