I agree with this statement, as we know at past people are really forus on education and think the different kind of way to solve some problem of education, after that  people find that if we want to increase the quilty of education we must have more teacher to teach people, so teacher were more appreciated and valued by society, but nowadays people think we can let kid get good education by themselvise, then people think teacher is not that value any more so they don't show the respect to the teaher and their kid also not show the respect to teacher cause the teacher number decrease, I bielive we will face the education problem soon,  theacher is the key if teacher decrease or they are irresponsible for the kid anymore the society will mix, so I suggest we should show respect to teacher they are the education saver, without them the society will be mix and horrible, don't thinlk education is not important education strong then country strong educaion low then country low. So I think most of people need to change their value, and make sure they know the teachers value, then the teachers will also change themselive, if people don't care about teacher teacher will not care too so now few teacher are not  irresponsible anymore it beacuse people don't care or nopt show some respect, if you want the whole society peace we should cherish every teacher around us
