I agree this statement.
In daily life, I always like to do a lot of different work and dislike same work. For example, there are two work that you need to do. One of them is draw a picture for sports meeting, one of is write down the 'I love my mom for ever.' for 2000's time. which one do you want to do first?
I read a passage about this viewpoint before, in this passage the author do a lot of research about  it. In the passage, she found the workers who works in assembly line maybe get depression easier than some craft workers. she believe that this is because the firs group of workers have no power for their job. I think is right. Because craft worker can make things what they want it, and it can also get money. But the worker who works on the assembly line is boring, they can even not do some sports,  they just do similar work all day long.
This is the main problems for this statement. Similar task always easy push us in boring. We will tires and feel sleepy.So I though we can't get any satisfied in this kind of work.
