Second, Evidence from Asia. According to the studies that recently show that only those city where have high level of air pollution are successfully used to control the precipitation. TSilver iodite mix with the chemical in these pollution city.There have car traffic or other factors can cause the pollution in the city, but for some under development city, there have not.  So it might not work successfully for those no pollution city
