As a group, group members have the obligation to put the effort to advance the ongoing projects. However, a team consists of people with different personalities, different ways of thinking and working, so it is possible for people to have different opinions. In my opinion, considering the benefits to the whole group, the first case is more favorable. First, there is no denying that greater efficiency can be achieved if team members follow the rules and objectives of the entire team. In the process of completing a project, teamwork is very important, obviously, teamwork is in direct proportion to the team's work efficiency. On the other hand, if a team member allocates tasks that run counter to the group's direction and goals, a lot of time will be wasted. What's worse, direct conflicts may occur, which brings huge obstacles. It is because of this division within the group that productivity is adversely affected. In addition to productivity, another important benefit of choosing a team member who is compliant is that all team members will be more motivated to work. If there is harmony in a group, in such a situation, almost everyone loses the motivation and passion to struggle in the group, no matter how positive and motivated they were before. Imagine having a speech contest. In order to ensure the smooth running of the competition, each member of a team is assigned certain tasks, such as buying goods, setting up the venue, selecting contestants and so on. If some of them refuse to take on a task because they think the team's approach is wrong, it can be very damaging to the team's morale, especially if others agree to the plans. Morale is to a group what the soul is to humans. Sure, some novel ideas and inspirations may be new blood to the team, but that shouldn't be an excuse not to stick with the majority of the team. As a team, as a member of a team, we should abide by the principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority, instead of insisting on our own ideas blindly, which will not only bring disharmony between teams but also reduce the working efficiency of the whole team. From what has been discussed above, it can be concluded that it is more beneficial for a team if one member is willing to do what other members want to do, not only for higher work efficiency but also for greater motivation.
