Many pheromones have shown that today's young people are restricted too much and this due to the strict rules. As far as I am concerned, it is true that the rule the societies today expect the youth to follow and obey are too strict. First and foremost, the strict rules already constrain young people's imagination. It is universally well known that the forestation of the imagination requires an environment that allows the youth to think free, speak free, and do things free. However, this kind of environments is lacking in today's young people's life. For example, in most school, the youngsters are forbidden to dress what they want; in the workplace, they are expected to obey what other older people said rather than express their own perspective. In this way, the youth hardly do what they want and express what they think. Secondly, the rules are already harmful to students' ability to arrange and plan for their own life. Nowadays, there are lots of rules that youth are expected to obey, one of them is to follow the traditional path of success. For instance, the path of getting good grades in school, and entering top universities and then finding a nice job, people believe this is the right way to be a successful person, so the youngester who are unwilling to follow the path is being considered as a rebellious child. Thereby, in order not to be the rebellious child, many youth tend to follow to tradition route lost the idea of self-direction. Finally, the rules are also already causing the loss of confidence many young people. Young people are always be taught to be modest. They shouldn't pride in their good grades and shouldn't express too much in a team. As a result, some youth who already have outstanding performance in academic tends to think they are excellent and be disappointed about themselves. In conclusion, the rules that societies today expect young people to follow and obey are too strict because they already cause the youth lack of imagination, the ability of self-direction and unconfidence.
