Nowadays,people are having more and more task in workdays,but one thing they don't know is that their boss is facing the problem with sending tasks.Bosses don't know that if workers are more satisfied when they have many different  types of tasks to do then do similar tasks.Some people tend to say that they prefer similar tasks,but my viewpoint is that multiple tasks will make workers more satisfied.The reasons are as shown followed.
